Group HIIT Personal Training

Group personal training in East Belfast for everyday people who want real results

At The HIIT Locker, every session is coach-led, every exercise is adapted to your fitness level and ability, and nobody trains without an expert eye keeping them right. We don't run classes where you're left to follow along to the guy or girl at the front. We will teach you how to train optimally. This is personal training in a group format, designed especially for beginners and people returning to exercise who are serious about getting results.

What Group personal training at The HIIT Locker Means

Group training. Personal coaching, An entirely different experience

Most people have tried two things: a commercial gym and a group fitness classes. Neither quite worked. The gym left them without a plan and not knowing what to do. The class moved at a single pace, regardless of whether they could keep up or not. Both are hard to sustain when motivation fades. Results are often slow to come and hard to sustain.

Group personal training at The HIIT Locker is different to both of those things. Every session is set up before you arrive. Your coach runs the session, supervises what everyone is doing, coaches, teaches, motivates, corrects technique as it happens and adjusts any exercise that is not right for your ability or your body. The group is together in the room, but everyone is being coached individually. The difference in results is significant.

Sessions run 45 minutes. You need to train two to three times per week. That is genuinely all it takes.

What Happens in a Session

What to expect when you train at The Hiit locker

You arrive to a session that is already planned. The warm-up, the workout, and the cool-down are all programmed. You do not need to think about what you are doing. You just need to show up with a bottle of water.

The coach runs the session, demonstrates movements, watches your form and gives you feedback throughout. If you are working around an injury, a physical limitation, or simply are not ready for a particular movement, an alternative is given. No session at The HIIT Locker is generic. Every exercise is adapted to where you are and what your body can do safely.

Large group sessions cap at 24 people. Small group sessions cap at 8. In both formats, the coach is actively coaching the room, not just counting reps from the front. You will be seen, corrected, taught and encouraged in every session you attend.

The HIIT Locker Method

Three things that separate us from everything else you have tried

Train

Every session is planned and coach-led. The programming is structured so that each week builds on the last. Your fitness improves progressively because the training is designed to make that happen, not because you happen to push harder some days than others. A personal trainer is coaching throughout every session and adapting what you do to where you are right now.

Fuel

Training alone is never enough. Every member gets a personalised nutrition plan and weekly one-to-one nutrition coaching that works with their existing diet, not against it. The goal is to make small, sustainable changes that produce real results without cutting out what they enjoy. This is what makes the difference between short-term results and long-term habit changes.

accountability & Support

You have a coach who checks in every week, a community of members who have all been where you are now, and a culture that was deliberately built to make beginners feel welcome. The HIIT Locker has one of the highest member retention rates in Belfast for a reason. People stay because it works and because showing up feels good. That's why we have over 350 members.

Who It Is For

This works for you if

You feel too intimidated to walk into a big commercial gym. You're not a bodybuilder or a "gym bunny". You have not exercised in a long time and are not sure where to start. You want proper coaching without the cost of one-to-one personal training. You have tried group classes before but never felt like the coach was actually looking at you. You have aches, injuries, or physical limitations that have put you off starting.

If any of the above sounds familiar, group personal training at The HIIT Locker is likely exactly what you have been looking for.

Common questions about TRAINING AT THE HIIT LOCKER

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. Most of our members start with little or no recent exercise behind them. The session is adapted to your current level from day one.

What if I have an injury?

Unless you have a serious spinal or neck condition, we will find safe alternatives for any exercises that are not right for your body. Our coaches are experienced in working around physical limitations.

How long are the sessions?

45 minutes. Efficient, effective, and manageable alongside a full life.

What if I miss sessions?

Life happens. We are flexible. If you miss sessions during your programme, we add time on to make sure you still complete your full allocation. Your result matters more to us than sticking rigidly to a calendar.

What if I have tried things before and they did not work?

That is the most common thing we hear. The difference here is the structure and the support. Training alone or following a generic plan without nutrition coaching and accountability is very hard to sustain. At The HIIT Locker, you have a personal trainer coaching, a plan that is specific to you, and someone checking in on your progress every single week.

What happens after the six weeks?

Most members remain as monthly Platinum Members after their Foundation Programme, which provides ongoing access to group PT sessions, ongoing nutrition coaching and the full community. Many find that after six weeks, coming to The HIIT Locker two to three times a week has simply become part of their routine.
